On the months of February and March, 2018, the Cipec Group promoted another successful Sales Representatives National Meeting. In this edition, which was the 6th event of the kind, talks were performed about many varied themes, like products improvement and modifications, technical presentations, and development of new product lines, always aiming to instruct and raise the effectiveness of our representatives on the customer attendance. The traditional visit to Grupo Cipec factory installations could not be missed, where the sales representatives and sales people had the opportunity to keep up to the new technologies added to our manufacturing processes, aiming to optimize the productivity and quality of our products. And, as we believe people are most important, we reserved a great deal of time to exchange ideas and information between the managing board, sales representatives and sales people, about the results obtained and new goals, being on of them the excellence on client attendance. Our thank you to everyone that in some way have contributed to the success of this event, (directly and indirectly on the backstage), and we take this opportunity to remind that the real professional fulfillment happens when we get to differentiate what the client wants from what he needs, and then deliver the real value to his business!
